A simple system to offer options to your customers!

A simple system to offer options to your customers! When selecting a machine and before payment, the marketing option allows you to offer services associated with this selection. Concretely, the payment terminal displays questions, and the user answers yes or no. The marketing option can modify the customer selection or add a new one.

The customer selects a 5 kg washing machine. The payment terminal offers to simultaneously buy drying at a preferential rate. If the customer accepts the offer, he pays for both services. The machine starts and the customer receives proof of payment for drying (a token or a ticket with a barcode). This proof will be used to start the dryer later.

This option makes it possible to display instructions and information without modifying the initial choice of the customer. 

Example: "Hello, we inform you that laundry is injected directly into your washing machine. »»

Pré-sale option

The pre-sale option makes it possible to create baskets at preferential prices and to reduce the number of transactions (avoids problems of money rendering, etc.).

It allows the purchase of several services in a single sale. The payment center prints tickets as proof of purchase.

Example of use: You want to advantaging customers who buy detergent and use washing/drying services. You define a selection entitled "Waste pack / machine 6 kg / dryer" at a preferential price. The customer pays this selection and receives three tickets with three different barcodes. To use the prepaid services, he scans each ticket in front of the barcode reader.

A pre-sale allows you to buy a type of machine and not a specific machine.

The "Marketing Proposal" option offers additional services, while the "pre-sale" option provides the service in the form of a token or a QR code ticket.

Our home automation allows you to connect devices operating up to 50V. For equipment requiring higher voltage, the use of 230V AC relays is required.
